Well, folks, this is IT! Our own Reading Blog - Woo-hoo!
I am thinking that, for now, I'll start a thread and you all can add comments as you read. Our Blogging can change. If you have any ideas about what you think would be good to do, let me know.
So, here's the start...

Wow! You're fast. Good work. I'm not sure what I should say about the book since most of the group hasn't read it yet--most probably don't even have it yet! I don't want to spoil anything. I think for now I'll go back through my copy and look for the things I wish I had marked while reading.
Last night was fun! I can't wait for the next time we get together. I think another impromtu lunch would be great. I told Janet Henley we'd love to come to a cooking class and she said she'd be in touch.
Sounds like a plan! I just sent out "invitations" to you all to be a Blog Team...all authors of the blog. This way, we can blog about other books we have read, ideas, thoughts, etc.
Hello Chicks!
I got my copy of THE SHAK last night. Also got FLIES ON THE BUTTER -- highly recommended. But I can't start either until I finish TWILIGHT. It is really much better and more intriguing than I thought it would be! Should finish that rather hefty tome soon. Lets try to work in a Polka Dottin' Blogger Lunch before we get back to school.
This is cool! Thanks you guys.
I am about 100 pages into The Shack and having a hard time putting it down! There is no doubt the author has experienced great loss. I believe this is one we'll want to discuss! Vicky, great idea about a blogger lunch!
It was so great to see everyone!! I went the very next day and got a copy of The Shack. I read the first 100 pages without putting it down. Then I decided I had better go to school and unpack since I will be at the beach next week. Boy is it hot at The Street with no air. The book is great so far. I am wondering how God would appear to me. Libba and Susan H. did a great job recommending this one. Can't wait to discuss with everyone.
Learning how to blog has been interesting!! I have bought the book but have not read it yet. Vicky, I bought Flies on the Butter. What is Twilight about?
